HAZELNUT CREAMS WITH AND WITHOUT CHOCOLATE
RECIPE FOR HAZELNUT CREAM WITH COCOA IN THERMOMIX

Ingredients
- 100g peeled and roasted hazelnuts
- 150g brown or white sugar (optional)
- 100 g chocolate fondant
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 200g whole milk
- 150g sunflower oil
Preparation method
- Add the hazelnuts and sugar (can also be done without sugar) to the glass, and blend for 15 seconds at speed 10.
- Add the chocolates and blend for 20 seconds at speed 9.
- Add the milk and blend for 1 minute at speed 10.
- We incorporate the oil and program 7 minutes at a temperature of 50º and speed 4. And the hazelnut cream with cocoa would be ready to pour it into the glass jars and let it cool.

RECIPE FOR HAZELNUT CREAM WITHOUT COCOA IN THERMOMIX

Ingredients
- 300 g of roasted hazelnuts without skin
- Sweetener and a pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation method
- Add the hazelnuts to the Thermomix glass and grind at progressive speed 5-7 for about 30 seconds.

- Blend again at speed 6 for about 50 seconds, and that’s it. We already have our hazelnut cream or vegetable hazelnut butter. You can taste the texture and grind longer at low speed if you prefer a finer texture.

As in the previous recipe, adding or not adding sugar is optional. To achieve a sweeter result, you can add sugar or some type of natural sweetener. And you can also add a pinch of salt, to get a butter with a salty touch.
