- 200g of flour
- 100g sugar
- 4 eggs
- Butter
- Nata montada
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- We separate the whites from the yolks and, later, we mount the whites until stiff. We booked.
- We use another bowl to mix the yolks with the sugar and the flour. When the ingredients are well combined, add the powdered yeast and the egg whites until stiff. We remove well. Check out more at our site.
- Grease a mold with butter so that the cake does not stick and pour the mixture that we have prepared into the bowl.
- Put the mold in the preheated oven at medium temperature and leave for 30 minutes, until the dough is cooked.
- Let the dough cool, divide it in half and pour part of the cream covering one of the halves and cover with the other half, on which we will also put cream.
- Wash and cut the strawberries into slices. Finally, we incorporate them into the cake, placing them on top of the cream.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

- 2 squares of chocolate to melt
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa without added sugars
- 1 g de stevia
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the liquid ingredients and in another, the dry ingredients (except the chocolate squares).
- We combine the 2 mixtures until they are well integrated and a homogeneous mass has been created.
- We put our mixture in a mold (if it is not silicone, we must grease it first with a little butter so that it does not stick to us).
- Cut the chocolate squares into small pieces and spread them over the surface of the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 190ºC and once it has reached this temperature, put the mold with the dough and let it cook for 20 minutes. Pay attention because each oven is different, when the surface is solid we can remove it.
